We will refund or exchange any item within 30 days of date of purchase, subject to the conditions below. Please follow the instructions below for your return or exchange. If you need any assistance, please contact us at service@hateshirt.shop or 724-237-8989.
Refunds – less shipping
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your HATESHIRT, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days of the purchase date.
We cannot accept returns of any items that have clearly been washed or worn, or otherwise appear damaged or unsuitable for resale.
To process your return and refund, please email us at service@hateshirt.shop with the following information, within 30 days of the date of purchase:
- Your name and contact information
- Your order number
- Description of the item(s) you’d like a refund for
- Reason for requesting a refund
Our customer service team will reply to your email with a return shipping label. Please print the label and use it to return the item(s). Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Shipping charges (including return shipping) cannot be refunded.
We must receive returned item(s) within 60 days of original purchase date, and they must be in resalable condition. No items received after 60 days from date of purchase can be refunded. Please allow 10 business days from our receipt of your return item(s) for the processing of any refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges – free of charge
If your HATESHIRT doesn’t fit properly, we will exchange it for a different size, free of charge. If there is some other quality problem, including shipping damage, we will replace it free of charge. Please email service@hateshirt.shop, and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you’re exchanging
- Reason for the exchange (damage, wrong size, etc.)
Our customer service team will reply to your email with a return shipping label. Please print the label and use it to return the item(s). Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will process your exchange within 10 business days.
